Wade Crandell
Wade is a fifth-generation salesperson who got an early start: at nine years old he was buying, fixing up, and reselling bikes. He spent 14 years at FedEx, the last 8 in management, before moving into real estate full time.
Twenty-seven years later, he ranks in the top 5% of agents nationwide and closes around 50 transactions a year, most of them by referral. He splits his time between Prescott and Phoenix and brings the same hands-on approach to every client.
